Enjoy your time on the beach! My goodness, what a difference between east coast and left coast. With that photo, wordlessness is just fine. So beautiful.
Awesome photo! J and I went to Elkhorn Slough Sunday, where there are (supposedly) 150 species of birds. We had binoculars and saw a heron and a slew (ha!) of miscellaneous LBB (little brown birds). I need more patience to identify those critters. They don't stay still long enough to get the markings either! But I did catch a quick glimpse of a 30" tiger shark gliding thru the water.
We're on the road, heading south and spending the night at the beach. It's beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHooray! Beach!
ReplyDeleteLove me some Snowy Egrets! Have fun at the beach!
ReplyDeleteLove the egret, great sighting and photo.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice change for you. Enjoy that beach.
ReplyDeleteVery nice image. I like the juxtaposition of the vertical egret and the more free-form seafoam.

I bet you must miss the ocean... I know I sure did during our Twain Harte years! Safe and happy travels to you two.
ReplyDeleteCool! They give a real contrast to almost any background.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time breathing the salty air!
